14 Weeks

Last Tuesday I went for my pregnancy follow up. The most important thing to me was to hear my baby’s heart beat. At the beginning the nurse couldn’t find it then I started to panic. Then the doctor came to me at looked at my face asking me what’s wrong. I was scared and finally there was the beat. At the moment I start to smile and cry at the same time :S (confusing I know). Today I am 14 weeks and 3 days.
On 12th march is our anniversary but unfortunately its my husband cousin wedding and we have to attend it. We will make up it the next day. However, I will be dressed and he will be too. We can imagine it’s our party :D. This is how I try to enjoy that wedding.

I don’t know what to buy for my husband. Everything seems not good enough! I hope I figure this out early.

Family gathering!

It’s Sunday and we are back to work today after a nice weird weekend! I enjoyed it. At least it’s not boring and I had lots of things to do. Busy weekend! We are re-decorating my mom’s living room. I chose the main sofa set, coffee table and the design! I loved doing that. The last two weekends I was going around furniture stores, taking pictures and discuss them with my dad and sister. We are almost done. The curtain is left and some small touches like the wall art work, and some clock (which is a must for my dad).
On Friday there was family gathering in my dad’s house and in my mother in law house, so I had to go to my in laws first and at the evening I went to my parents’ house. It was nice and we enjoyed it a lot!
Saturday was an easy day, I loved it. We went for a walk with my mother and sisters. We had a snack there and my mother was walking after her knee replacement operation. She loved it. It was the first time she leave house after the operation. Allah ya7fa’6ha my mom. Then I went back home my little home, getting ready for today and a new week of hard work.

Marital status change

I did not update for more that a year! WoW to be honest I gave up on blogging but as usual I came back and start writing! What has change during the last year:

• I am a wife now! Yes I get married on March 2009. Now you all know where I have been.
• Still working at my previous job. Thanks god. My family is tired of me changing jobs. However after more than 2 years in this job I want to move on and change my job for many different reasons.
• I am pregnant!! I can’t believe that I just wrote that. Still three months next week and hopefully everything goes well with the baby and me.
• I live with my husband alone in apartment. Therefore, I am a working housewife :D. its double responsibilities. And let’s all not forget the little one on the way!
• I lost weight last year with all the new life, new responsibilities. I hope I can keep this weight while I am pregnant or keep losing the fat without harming the baby.

I wanted to write my blog because I need to describe my ideas, thoughts, and fears of this new life that I am going through with all its ups and downs.
